Business Development & Marketing Associate Beaverton, OR Position Summary As a Business Development & Marketing Associate at E-BI, you will spearhead the outreach to prospective clients and cultivate new business opportunities within the global manufacturing sector. Your role is instrumental in expanding the sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, lead qualification, and creating meaningful engagements that align with E-BI’s comprehensive services—from prototyping and design to global logistics and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify high-potential prospects across industries such as electronics, consumer goods, and specialized manufacturing needing contract manufacturing.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach efforts via cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking to generate interest.

Qualify leads and set meetings with Account Executives.

Present E-BI’s value proposition, linking service strengths—such as global supply chain management, QA, and IP protection—to customers’ operational needs.

Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, meetings booked).

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and refine messaging.

Monitor industry trends to identify new verticals and stay ahead of competitors.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of success in B2B Business Development, Marketing, or outbound sales—preferably in SaaS, tech, or complex solution sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with a persuasive and polished delivery.

Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and receiving feedback.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and iterate approaches.

A consultative mindset—able to understand client challenges and position E-BI’s offerings as solutions.

Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or contract logistics is a plus.
