JOB SUMMARY

The Product Manager is responsible for driving product innovation, ensuring market competitiveness, and aligning product development with customer and compliance needs. This role collaborates across departments, engages with customers at all levels, and contributes to the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to implementation and enhancement. Responsibilities scale with experience, from supporting product initiatives to leading strategic planning and managing product teams. TIME ALLOCATION

10% EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Monitor and manage product performance, enhancements, and lifecycle. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection. Define product requirements and collaborate with development, sales, and implementation teams. Support or lead product demonstrations, RFQ/RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies. Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions. Develop and maintain strategic product plans and roadmaps. Ensure compliance with industry standards and evolving technology trends. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development (Senior and Lead levels). Lead cross-functional teams and manage product portfolios (Lead level). QUALIFICATIONS

Product Manager: 2–5 years of relevant product management experience in Commercial/Business lending. Knowledge in document generation/ loan prep (WKFS documents would be a bonus) Willingness to travel as required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Social Science, or a related field required. Master’s degree in a business or technology-related field preferred for Senior and Lead levels. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

Strong understanding of product development and software lifecycle processes. Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and implementation support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira and SDLC tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills. Leadership and team collaboration capabilities. Familiarity with financial services, compliance, and fraud management tools. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

Experience with ARGO products or similar financial software solutions. Strategic planning and go-to-market execution experience. Experience in automation, software conversions, or large-scale implementations. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive innovation. Demonstrated success in launching new software products or services. ATTENDANCE/WORK LOCATION

The position is based in our Richardson, TX office. Daily physical presence in the office is required for interaction with co-workers, attending meetings, and for collaboration on projects. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
