Title: LTL Account Growth Manager
Description: You will take full ownership of a portfolio of LTL customer accounts, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value through proactive, best-in-class account management. Serving as the primary contact for customers and carrier partners, you will build trust through fast communication, solution-oriented problem solving, and flawless shipment execution.
Using our technology stack and LTL carrier network, you will continuously identify optimization and growth opportunities within each account. This is a high-visibility role built for a driven, customer-obsessed self-starter who thrives on ownership, speed, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
Drive account growth and retention across assigned LTL customers through proactive engagement and relationship management.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure operational execution and service performance.
Leverage our leading tech platform
Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, converting transactional volume into committed, recurring business.
Monitor shipment activity and account trends to identify efficiency improvements and service optimization opportunities.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency and ownership across all customer requests, exceptions, and service issues.
Give exceptional customer service every day
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or brokerage
LTL experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability.
Proactive customer-facing communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and time management.
Strong writing and speaking skills
