This position includes a $400/month auto allowance and is bonus eligible.
Job Summary
RadNet is the leading national provider of free-standing, fixed-site diagnostic imaging services in the United States based on the number of locations and annual imaging revenue. As a growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated leader who is responsible for directing and managing the field sales force within a defined geographic service area. The Director of Sales will develop sales organizational strategies to achieve budgeted forecast, help manage key provider accounts, and conduct market analysis for growth projects. The Director of Sales (DOS) reports directly to the Vice President of Sales with a dotted line to the local Vice President of Operations.
You will
- Accountable to achieve sales forecast for assigned subsidiary.
- Leads the sales team in creating and frequently reviewing the strategic sales plans of each market to ensure specific sales goals and objectives are attained within expense guidelines.
- Ensures that appropriate contacts are established and maintained in order to cultivate successful and beneficial relationships with internal and external customers.
- Travels with sales representatives frequently (recommend at least monthly per representative), coaching and mentoring to ensure day-to-day activities are effective and efficient. Documents call evaluations and action plans for each representative.
- Directs sales force with respect to community focused activities.
- Utilizes CRM and analytical systems to plan, implement and evaluate sales campaigns.
If You Are
- Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum seven plus years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in radiology. Previous management or leadership experience required.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience in using basic financial principles, reports and data to develop business case recommendations.
- Ability to build effective relationships, delegate responsibility, authority and provide appropriate direction to staff.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, product knowledge, judgment, discretion and decision-making and influence to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to support company goals, up to 50% of the time.
