
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Case Managers on the subsidy funds initiated. Assists individual consumers and/or property owners in completing forms; Provides residents, tenants, and landlords with information through regularly scheduled briefing and workshop sessions. Coordinates high and medium risk cases with Housing Resources. Assembles information for the completion of necessary forms and for the preparation of reports. Organizes, maintains and purges various departmental and client files. Prepares and types correspondence, reports, forms, contracts and specialized documents from drafts, notes, dictated tapes, or brief instructions, using a computer. Proof-reads and checks typed and other documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with departmental policies and regulations. Enters and retrieves data on a daily basis and monitors a database. All other duties are as assigned or deemed necessary. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but may be substituted with a High School Diploma or Associates Degree and a Real Estate License. Prior experience in housing counseling, business, real estate, accounting or property management a plus. A Valid NYS Driver’s License. Travel Required
