We currently have a Part-time Teller (30 hours) opportunity at the Pearl City branch. As a member of the branch team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain an understanding of our products and services. You will serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service at the branch Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain thorough understanding of bank products and services Serve a diverse range of customers with professionalism Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 - $21.50 per hour; commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary). Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Personal alignment with core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills Attention to detail, with the ability to exercise judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services Benefits
