Support attorneys with immigration matters and administrative tasks Manage a high-volume immigration-related caseload Draft U Visa Applications, I-601 and I-601A waivers, legal memoranda, and affidavits Prepare and organize documentation for filings and regulatory compliance Maintain current knowledge of changes in immigration laws and procedures Benefits
