Strong ability to communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to navigate conversations with compassion and professionalism.
Capable of working independently or seamlessly within a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications, with Salesforce/Litify experience being a plus.
Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Personal Injury, Employment Law, or Workers' Compensation is preferred.
