Reporting To: Dealer Services Warehouse Manager Direct Reports: No Status: Full-Time Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Division: Store Operations Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the management ofhigh volume incoming sales inquiries and helping customers with their purchases. This is a sales job, the expectation of this position is to hit your assigned sales quota on a daily, weekly, and monthly target. Responsibilities

Answer high volume incoming calls Enter orders promptly and accurately Assist customers with quotes Properly greet and thank customer for calling Requirements

ASE Certification is preferred Must have availability Monday thru Saturday 7:30am to 6:30pm Knowledge of Auto Parts or the automotive industry is preferred Experience in Auto parts sales is a plus Bilingual with English and Spanish is preferred Must maintain a professional appearance at all work times Benefits

Typical 9-hour workday, employees are expected to adapt to a fast-paced work enviornment and have the capacity to spend extended periods at a computer. Occassional lifting of 50lbs or more may be necessary to fulfill job responsbilities. All work environments should be kept clean, orderly and in a sanitary condition. Employees are responsible for ensuring all passageways, storerooms, floors, counters and restrooms, especially keeping their personal work area clean. Before end of shift each employee should review the entire workplace and put away unused materials/supplies and clear trash. Employees should also report any work hazards immediately upon discovery.
