In this role, you will support a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program through timely and meaningful acknowledgements, impact and endowment reporting, donor recognition, events, and system wide stewardship communications.Working both independently and collaboratively, you will conduct research, manage segmented mailing lists, coordinate reporting processes, and provide project support for donor recognition, impact pieces, events, and stewardship initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent**. This position is overtime **eligible.****Monthly Salary:** $3,750.85 - $5,397.56 | *Commensurate with experience and qualifications*

and .**Required Qualifications:*** A Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience, which includes six (6) months of full-time experience in marketing, gift solicitation or public contact work with evidence of ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively orally and in writing and organize and execute assignments. A Master’s degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.* Demonstrated experience writing and editing donor or customer-facing communications.* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven accuracy in handling data and reports.* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.* Ability to use discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM databases, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Two (2) years of experience in donor relations, marketing, communications, fundraising/development, customer service, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience.* Experience in higher education or a non-profit fundraising environment.* Knowledge of philanthropy, donor relations, and stewardship best practices.* Experience with large, segmented mailings, templates, or communication matrixes.* Experience customizing donor communications or writing acknowledgment letters.* Strong proofreading, editing, and content development skills.* Experience analyzing donor or scholarship data.**Position Sponsorship Eligibility:** Not eligible for work visa sponsorship**About Department** -**Area/College:** WSU Advancement
