Education LevelNone## Description**Product Positioning & Messaging**•

Define and refine the positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ROMTech’s cardiac rehab solutions.



Translate cardiac clinical outcomes into clear, persuasive narratives for cardiologists, rehab specialists, payers, and patients.



Maintain consistency of cardiac messaging across all channels and campaigns.**Sales Enablement & Collateral Development**•

Develop one-pagers, payer packets, presentations, and playbooks tailored to the cardiac market.



Create objection-handling briefs and competitive intelligence documents for the Sales and Market Engagement teams.



Train Sales and Market Engagement on how to use cardiac-specific messaging and tools effectively.**Market & Customer Engagement**•

Build relationships with cardiologists, rehab specialists, and cardiac-focused advisory boards.



Incorporate insights from CABs, KOLs, and payer discussions (via Clinical Communications) into messaging and enablement materials.



Support provider and payer-focused events, conferences, and workshops with cardiac-specific positioning. Go-to-Market Campaign Support



Partner with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns targeting cardiac stakeholders are aligned with messaging.



Develop content for patient and provider education in cardiac rehab.



Collaborate with Creative to ensure cardiac materials are visually compelling, consistent, and accessible. Cross-Functional Alignment



Ensure cardiac clinical claims are validated by Clinical Communications before use.



Partner with Payer Engagement to support payer packet distribution and adoption in cardiac rehab coverage.



Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for cardiac rehab marketing. Success Metrics



Consistent adoption of cardiac messaging by Sales, Market Engagement, and external teams.



Utilization and effectiveness of cardiac marketing tools in winning provider and payer adoption.



Growth in pipeline contribution from cardiac campaigns and outreach.



Positive field feedback from cardiologists, rehab specialists, and payers.



Increased payer traction and coverage progress in cardiac rehab market segment.## Qualifications**Qualifications:**•

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).



5+ years in product marketing, commercial , or strategy within medical devices, healthcare, or pharma.



Direct experience in cardiac rehab, cardiology, or related medical fields strongly preferred. Strong understanding of cardiac rehab care models, clinical pathways, and payer dynamics.



Ability to distill complex clinical and economic data into compelling market-facing messaging.



Experience building cardiac-specific sales enablement and provider education tools.



Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.



Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated industry.



Demonstrated success in supporting sales enablement and campaign execution.



Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and medical device compliance standards.



Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.



Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)
