
Building Materials Yard/Driver

Provide excellent customer service to all Graniterock customers. Maintain an adequate inventory; learn all building material products as well as new products brought into the inventory; maintain the cleanliness and orderly condition of the yard; operate the forklift and loader to move, load and unload materials. Work in alignment with Graniterock Safe Work Practices, Core Purpose, Values, and Objectives, and support "One Company" principles.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent. SKILLS: Must be customer service oriented, a team player and have good communication skills. EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years forklift experience and building material related experience. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS: Knowledge of the local area and local contractors. Class A or B driver’s license preferred EXPERIENCE: In-depth knowledge of building materials and their uses OTHER COMMENTS:
Must have valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record. This position has been identified as a “safety sensitive” role and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing, per the Graniterock Substance Abuse policy.
