POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Flavors & Encapsulation Strategic Marketing team for the summer. The successful candidate will support a variety of strategic initiatives and projects aligned with branding, packaging and portfolio organization, market assessment, and consumer insights.
This role will collaborate closely with strategic marketing and commercial stakeholders and is designed to provide hands-on exposure to how strategic marketing supports business decision-making within a global B2B organization. The internship offers meaningful project work, professional development, and experience working across functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support strategic marketing initiatives through research, analysis, and project coordination
Assist with defined projects such as branding alignment, packaging reviews, portfolio organization and market assessments
Collect, organize, and synthesize information from internal and external sources
Build and maintain project documentation and reference materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing communications, commercial, regulatory and operations partners
Prepare summaries, presentations, and working documents to support internal discussions and decision-making
Actively participate in meetings, working sessions, and team discussions
Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Strategic Marketing team
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in college at an accredited University or completed BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or Business
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage and synthesize information from multiple sources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in strategic marketing, branding, or commercial operations
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
The expected hourly rate range for this position is $20 - $25 an hour.
