We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated On-Site Property Manager to lead daily operations at a dynamic mixed-use community in the Lincoln Park area of Los Angeles. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being deeply involved in both people and property.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for residents
Manage resident relations and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Oversee rent collections and follow up on unpaid balances
Maintain strong occupancy levels with a goal of 95%+
Execute new leases and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop pricing strategies and make market-driven recommendations
Monitor competitors and adjust positioning to stay ahead
Walk the property daily and oversee building and grounds operations
Coordinate closely with maintenance to resolve issues efficiently
Oversee residential, commercial, and food hall operations
Prepare monthly leasing, rent, and incident reports
Lead and collaborate with a small on-site team to maximize performance
Qualifications
3–5 years of property management experience
Strong background in residential multi-family housing
Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio is a plus)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Points If You Have
Bilingual Spanish skills
Experience with commercial or mixed-use properties
