We are a fast-growing company seeking motivated sales professionals to join our wholesale sales team. About the Role
We are hiring a Wholesale Sales Representative to represent our apparel brands at national and regional trade shows while managing and growing wholesale accounts. This is a hands-on sales role that combines relationship-based selling, account management, and in-person product presentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building buyer relationships, working with fashion product, and participating in trade shows, while being supported by a collaborative internal team. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced team environment, have a strong customer service and sales focus, and be willing to travel extensively throughout the year. Core Responsibilities
Travel extensively to represent Blu Pepper, The Workshop Studio, and JOA at trade shows (setup, breakdown, and sales). Increase sales by presenting collections, scanning orders, and building strong customer relationships. Maintain and grow account relationships by introducing new products and ensuring satisfaction. Prepare for trade shows, including coordinating samples, packing, and booth setup. Follow up on orders, adjustments, and customer requests post-show. Maintain product knowledge to confidently present and answer questions. Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and ensure smooth execution. Uphold professionalism and represent Edgemine's brands with integrity. Travel Expectations
This role includes periodic travel to attend national and regional trade shows. On average, travel occurs about once per month for approximately one week. Some months may require no travel, while certain peak seasons may include back-to-back trade shows. All travel expenses are covered, and schedules are planned in advance whenever possible. Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field a plus). Previous apparel trade show or wholesale sales experience strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage accounts effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Comfortable with extensive travel (trade show circuit). Computer proficiency (experience with order entry systems is a plus). Familiarity with apparel and fashion terminology. Benefits & Perks
