Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with fleet managers, trucking companies, and owner-operators. Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and follow-up. Recommend appropriate tires and maintenance services based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and usage patterns. Develop sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies (e.g., TPMS, retreading, fleet services). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Use CRM tools and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Prior sales experience in B2B, automotive, tire, or fleet industries preferred. Basic understanding of tire types, commercial vehicle maintenance, or willingness to learn. Ability to travel locally for customer visits. Compensation & Benefits
