We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Car Wash Specialistto join our growing team at Zoellner Ford of Beatrice!

Time Requirements
This is a full-time position that offers roughly 40-hours per week and will be primarily Monday - Friday
Our car wash operates from 7:30am - 6:00pm M-F, and 7:00am - 3:00pm Saturdays
Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
1-hour weekday lunch breaks
Compensation
Starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour
Pay type is hourly
Pay frequency is weekly
Opportunities for spiff/bonus pay and wage increases with proven performance
Opportunity to learn complete vehicle detailing for additional pay with proven performance

Responsibilities
Power wash and scrub vehicle exteriors
Vacuum and polish vehicle interiors
Operate out automated roll-over car wash with rinse and dry
Safely drive vehicles to their designated locations around the facility
Manually dry vehicle exteriors
Clean interior and exterior windows
Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
Communicate with teammates and complete tasks as a team
Qualifications
Valid drivers license in good standing
A good consistent eye for cleanliness and detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude
Good work ethic
A strong sense of personal accountability
Ability to work well with teammates
