The Company
Our client is a Switzerland-based longevity startup founded in 2021. Their founding team (CEO, CSO, CMO, and CMO) came together around a shared commitment: to enable everyday people to access clean, high quality supplements with transparent ingredients based on the latest scientific insights in rapidly growing field of longevity.
Working with an interdisciplinary team of scientists and researchers from institutions, our client has grown its product range to 12 supplements supporting cellular health, skin, sleep, joints, metabolism, and gut health.
Our client takes great care in selecting only high quality ingredients from reputable sources and in a rare move for the supplement industry transparently publishes the supplier of each ingredient used on its website. All supplements are also double tested for purity and against contamination in an independent 3d party lab in Switzerland.
The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Influencer Manager (Senior KOL and Affiliate Marketing Manager) to take a lead role within their Partnerships Team. You will be an integral driver of our client’s partnership program, with the autonomy to shape their strategy in the dynamic global markets. You will lead the charge in establishing and nurturing high-impact relationships to elevate our brand’s global presence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management:
Independently establish and manage high-level relationships with KOLs, influencers, and industry experts.
Multi-Channel Strategy:
Develop and execute outreach strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts, and emerging platforms to meet community goals.
End-to-End Onboarding:
Own the partner onboarding process and lead the ongoing management of strategic partner relations.
Market Intelligence:
Drive market research initiatives to identify trends and actionable insights for regional growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work cross-functionally to align marketing campaigns and oversee the distribution of high-performing content.
Innovation:
Stay ahead of the curve regarding marketing technology, CRM tools, and social trends to keep our client at the forefront of the industry.
Proven Track Record:
At least 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally within an international company.
Platform Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of creating and distributing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
KOL/Affiliate Mastery:
Significant prior experience in KOL or affiliate marketing with a data-driven mindset.
Communication & Influence:
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to negotiate and interact confidently with high-profile partners.
Industry Passion:
A deep interest in wellness, longevity, and health supplements.
Operational Excellence:
An organized, tech-savvy professional comfortable with CRM systems, G Suite, and advanced analytics tools.
Educational Background:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
