About the Role As Co-Medical Director, you'll partner closely with hospital leadership to:
Drive medical excellence, growth, and positive change
Encourage open communication and team engagement
Lead with optimism and help foster a culture of support and accountability
Champion high-quality medicine and best practices
Help expand and optimize our drop-off appointment model, leveraging our beautiful, modern boarding facility
Mentor and develop doctors while maintaining a collaborative environment
This is a flexible schedule role - come in early, stay late, while supporting hospital growth and continuity of care.
