In this role, you will:

Identify opportunities for Centric to develop new business and contribute to the identification, pursuit and closing of new opportunities.

Actively seek opportunities to expand own sphere of influence through networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration with the client.

Create, execute, and monitor project or program level communication, quality and change management strategies.

Produce project documentation and project plans aligned to client standards.

Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion.

Manage project timelines, budgets, margins, and contracted deliverables.

Facilitate client meetings to review current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.

Develop and implement consistent and standardized process and methodology.

Who You Are:

3+ years of Consulting Industry experience as a consultant and/or operations within Banking, Wealth Management, FinTech, Healthcare, or Manufacturing or other related industries.

3+ years of experience as a program / project manager, utilizing project management methodologies and disciplines, best practices, and artifacts in both Waterfall and Agile environments.

Ability to manage complex projects / programs in a matrixed project organization.

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.

Ability to travel up to a maximum of 50%, according to client demands.

Consulting experience highly preferred.

PMP/ Agile/ CAPM/Six Sigma or applicable certificationspreferred.
