What You’ll Do As an integral member of the NAMR Marketing team, the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy will be deployed against strategic marketing initiatives that align with commercial priorities across the region. We are looking for a candidate with strong problem‑solving skills, ability to use insights to drive impact, and interest in driving strategic projects forward.
The role is dynamic and varied: you may be embedded in a Specialty Business Unit (SBU), a Practice Area, or deployed against acute commercial opportunities that require targeted marketing solutions. At times, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the strategy; at other times, you’ll shape the plan and partner with others across BCG to bring it to life.

Diagnose business needs and recommend marketing strategies—sometimes leading execution directly, and other times partnering with others to implement
Drive key initiatives such as strategic pilots, audience‑focused campaigns, and go‑to‑market efforts for growth areas
Collaborate across different parts of the organization (e.g. Practice Areas, SBUs, and Business Services) to ensure alignment, leverage best practices, and connect dots across efforts
Support decision‑making through compelling internal storytelling, strategic framing, and well‑structured plans
Engage directly with senior stakeholders to define target audiences and shape tailored content and activations that meet their needs
You're Good At
Connecting dots across teams, markets, and data sources to find opportunities and confluence
Collaborating cross‑functionally and influencing without authority in a matrixed environment
Interfacing with senior leaders to clarify priorities, provide strategic recommendations, and build trust
Diagnosing needs and designing go‑to‑market strategies that are fit‑for‑purpose and audience‑focused
Driving pilot programs and strategic initiatives with a bias toward learning, iteration, and impact
Setting direction, removing roadblocks, and modeling client‑first execution
Communicating clearly and persuasively—in writing and in person—especially in high‑stakes or fast‑moving situations
Juggling multiple projects in an agile environment
What You’ll Bring
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, consulting, business transformation, or similar roles
A strong track record of developing strategic marketing plans in complex, global environments
Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines, including content, digital, brand, and events
