Responsibilities
>Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation. Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide tailored pest management solutions.
Present and demonstrate company services to prospective clients in an outside sales environment.
Negotiate and close new commercial contracts to achieve sales targets.
Develop and manage a daily schedule of sales activities, utilizing both creative sources and qualified leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry.
Proven track record of success in new business development and closing sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision makers at multiple organizational levels.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
