Program Director Advanced Pain Management Fellowship – Non‑Tenure Track (Finance)
This non‑tenure‑earning faculty position will teach in the CRNA Program, engage in scholarly activity, mentor graduate nursing students, and contribute to college, university, community, and professional service in alignment with the university's criteria for appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor (Non‑tenure Track).
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold, or be eligible for, licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Florida by the start date.
Must hold national certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Must hold Non‑Surgical Pain Management Certification (NSPM‑C).
Ability to contribute to teaching, scholarly activity, and service consistent with a non‑tenure‑track faculty appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience directing or coordinating an academic, clinical, or fellowship program.
Demonstrated experience teaching or mentoring graduate‑level or post‑graduate trainees.
Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and program evaluation in advanced practice or pain management education.
Evidence of scholarly activity related to pain management, anesthesia practice, or healthcare education.
Experience recruiting, supervising, and evaluating trainees or fellows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary clinical teams and academic partners.
Experience with accreditation, regulatory compliance, or quality improvement in academic or clinical programs.
