Job Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to help businesses across the Twin Cities flourish through responsive, relationship‑based banking. This role is based in our North Oaks branch and is a great fit for someone who knows—and is connected to—the northern suburbs community. You’ll join a team that values responsiveness, collaboration, and authentic partnership with the businesses we serve.
Responsibilities In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong banking relationships, ensure client satisfaction and retention, acquire new clients, actively network and engage with the community, and apply sound risk management.

Ideal candidates are relationship driven and hard‑working, have demonstrated strengths in sales and local market commercial lending, committed to networking and building client relationships, possess strong knowledge and experience in small to mid‑sized business lending, and enjoy working in an environment of collaboration with other lenders, credit and loan servicing teams.
