Responsibilities What You’ll Do You will own the details while keeping the big picture in mind, ensuring client care, transactions, and team coordination flow seamlessly.
Executive-Level Support:
Manage high-level emails, calls, and calendars to keep Olga on track and focused on growth.
Operations Management:
Optimize existing systems, refine processes, coordinate with the marketing coordinator and field assistant, and monitor budgets/ROI.
Transaction Coordination:
Ensure contracts are compliant, and all parties are informed from start to close.
Listing & Buyer Support:
Coordinate vendors, organize showings, and prepare offer packages for high-end listings.
Client Care:
Deliver concierge-level service before, during, and after transactions to maintain our "lifelong fan" client base.
Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing coordinator to ensure all materials and communications are polished and professional.

The Experience That Sets You Up for Success
Experience:
3+ years supporting a top-producing residential real estate agent or team in an operational capacity.
Licensing:
Active CA real estate license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Commute:
You live within a 40-minute commute of Los Gatos (95033).
Availability:
Full-time, M-F (9-6), with flexibility for occasional evening or rare weekend emergencies.
Compensation $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
