
Vice President, Global Marketing - Vascular Therapies

Responsibilities
Develop and lead annual and long-range marketing and business plans in partnership with direct reports (Director, Arterial; Director, Venous; Director, Vascular Upstream & Marketing Strategy; Director, VT Marketing Activation) to drive sustainable franchise growth.
Partner cross-functionally to define and execute portfolio strategies, including both organic and external growth opportunities.
Identify, evaluate, and champion acquisition opportunities that support franchise and divisional growth objectives.
Build and execute an integrated global marketing strategy and drive commercial execution with key internal and external partners.
Lead regular global leadership discussions to ensure franchise strategy is effectively deployed across major geographies, with appropriate local adaptation.
Engage frequently with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to deeply understand unmet needs and incorporate insights into strategy development.
Leverage cross-franchise and functional expertise to influence complex business decisions.
Define and champion a clear, compelling vision for the global Vascular portfolio in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of medical device marketing experience.
10+ years of senior leadership experience with demonstrated people and organizational leadership.
Proven commercial leader with experience developing and executing global go-to-market strategies for innovative technologies.
Track record of delivering impactful, scalable marketing strategies.
Strong passion for developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
This role is based in Arbor Lakes, MN, and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40%) to engage with global teams, customers, and key stakeholders.
