JOB SUMMARY

Builds and leads imaging services for ISS Solutions. Directs, implements and evaluates imaging equipment repair and maintenance activities that produce revenue and profit. Responsible for strategic and financial planning. Directs, implements, and evaluates activities for effective, efficient, and profitable service delivery. Responsible for facilitating and driving a continuous process for identification and implementation of operational performance improvements within various functions. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops an annual budget following corporate guidelines to assure profitability of assigned accounts. Reviews profit and loss statements on a monthly basis, anticipates change and adjusts operations as required to assure optimum technical and fiscal performance. Maintains records of work assignments, accumulates and collates workload data, prepares and submits monthly reports, develops and implements equipment performance metrics as required. Meets periodically with client liaisons to assure quality of service provided and makes needed changes in agreement. Establishes performance measures based on clients needs, measure and improve performance as needed. Conducts periodic reviews of service performance and presents the results to clients. Represents ISS Solutions during meetings and regulatory agency inspections at client facilities. Participates in new program development, solving common problems and development of new procedures. Manages inventory of repair parts, tools, capital test equipment and materials. Assures appropriate calibration of test equipment at equipment intervals. Approves expenditures for vendor service support, issues credits against client invoices when needed and forwards all non-routine requests for materials, training, etc. for approval as needed. Ensures the quality of repair, preventative maintenance and performance checks accomplished by technical staff. Assures that effort accounting reports, equipment service reports, receiving/return to vendor reports, outside service reports, inventory control forms, and all other documents required in day-to-day operations are properly filled out, processed and forwarded in accordance with established corporate policy. Conducts performance and salary reviews with the staff supervised. Identify staff training needs, develop or assist with development of training programs to meet needs; implement programs and evaluate effectiveness. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Must have 8 years' experience in servicing imaging equipment in a healthcare environment. Must have 10 years' experience in management. Completion of a two-year Associate's degree program in Biomedical Equipment Technology or military equivalent.
