Key Responsibilities
Assist members with a wide range of financial needs including new accounts, loans, and account maintenance.
Conduct outbound calls to build business, strengthen relationships, and uncover unperceived needs.
Provide tailored financial advice and long-term solutions that support member goals.
Demonstrate strong consultative skills by uncovering unspoken needs and presenting personalized solutions.
Foster trust and loyalty by delivering high-quality service and financial education.
Recognize sales opportunities and deliver value through meaningful recommendations.
Ensure all consumer loan documentation is complete and accurate.
Comply with DMV and security procedures in releasing or securing lienholder interest.
Maintain schedule adherence and availability to support member access and services levels.
Track and complete required reports, documentation, and compliance processes.
Provide Virtual Branch services by engaging members via secure video, chat, and co-browse sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
High School (High school diploma) or GED required
One to two years of prior work experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role Microsoft Office 365 applications (Intermediate)
Analytical Thinking (Intermediate)
Time Management (Intermediate)
Planning and Organizing (Intermediate)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Developing)
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer.
Standing for prolonged periods of time in a stationary position.
Walking on occasion for up to 2 hours per day.
Reaching, bending, twisting, turning frequently.
Lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying up to 30 pounds on occasion.

BENEFITS AND PAY: The expected pay for the Call Center Sales Consultant is $28.00 per hour.
This pay reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on typical qualifications and market data.
