In this role you will lead a team of pipe welders, pipe fitters, and pipe helpers in the prefabrication of industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems.**Total Rewards:*** Life Insurance* Tuition Reimbursement* Paid Holidays* PTO* Weekly Pay* Medical, Dental, Vision, Hospital, Accident, Specified Disease, and Pet Insurance* 401(k) with Company Match* Onsite Health Clinic* Apprenticeship Program**Schedule:**6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary**Responsibilities:*** Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water* Prioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirements* Manage project schedules* Maintain tool inspection reports* Review submittals, installation, and operation manuals* Interview and hire new employees to join the pipe department**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision* Familiarity with flowline manufacturing* Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods* Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities* Ability to work both independently and as a team* Ability to read blueprints and schematics* Strong Interpersonal skills for coordinating teams* Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software**Education Requirements:*** Minimum of a high school education or equivalent* Trade School completion preferred**Job Requirements/Special Skills:*** Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels* Ability to lift 50 lbs* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
