Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation environments
Internship or early career experience with robotics or automation OEMs strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
Exposure to SAP or ERP systems preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with interest in technical sales
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate service, spare parts, and equipment quotes based on customer requirements
Track quotes from creation through closure, including follow-up and system updates
Provide technical support to outside sales and customers via phone and email
Review drawings, schematics, bills of material, and technical documentation
Coordinate internally with engineering, field service, project management, and procurement
Support order handoff after intake and monitor open orders in SAP
Assist with resolving commercial issues including order status, delivery timing, and invoice questions
Identify additional service, maintenance, training, and spare parts opportunities
Support monthly order intake and sales targets
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel occasionally
Eligibility to obtain a passport
