Sun Valley Resort is seeking
Golf Groundskeepers
to assist with the daily preparation and maintenance of the Elkhorn golf course. This role supports course presentation and playability by performing routine groundskeeping tasks and assisting with course upkeep to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Mow and trim turf using appropriate equipment
Rake bunkers and maintain sand areas
Perform string trimming and edging
Assist with digging, fertilizing, and watering tasks
Support irrigation system maintenance and basic repairs
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Director
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred
Ability to work a regular schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; weekend work may be required
Ability to work in the outdoors in various conditions (rain, sun, heat, cold, snow, etc.)
Ability to engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
Can safely lift and/or move up to 45 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
