Description: Client is looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Business Contractor for a short consulting assignment. This Contractor will map the end‑to‑end movement of blood containers across our enterprise—spanning Collections, Service Delivery, and Warehouse operations. The individual in this role must be able to function effectively with a high degree of independence and minimal direct supervision.
Responsibilities: · Map the end‑to‑end movement of blood containers across Collections, Service Delivery, and Warehouse operations. · Identify and document all nodes, handoffs, flows, and decision points in the current process. · Identify operational gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and redundancies in the lifecycle of blood container movement. · Help in creating a business case for this future state solution · Assist as needed on Container projects
