We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
with a background in luxury retail or high‑end residential interior projects to lead on‑site operations across Manhattan. This role offers the opportunity to deliver premium, design‑driven spaces while working with a respected commercial interiors general contractor.
Client Details Our client is a high‑quality commercial interiors general contractor known for executing sophisticated, detail‑oriented interior buildouts for luxury retail brands, boutique commercial spaces, private residences, and architecturally driven environments. They excel in delivering precision craftsmanship, working with top-tier designers, and meeting the high standards expected by luxury clients.
Description Lead day‑to‑day field operations for high-end interior projects, ensuring quality, coordination, and schedule adherence. Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily workflow. Uphold exceptional standards of finish quality aligned with luxury retail or high‑end residential expectations. Maintain strict safety compliance and detailed daily reporting. Resolve field issues quickly, collaborate closely with Project Managers, and interface with architects, designers, and client representatives.
