Role Description
The Licensed Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Madison, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored policy recommendations. Daily tasks include managing sales processes, maintaining relationships acquiring new clients, and working closely with the agency team to meet sales goals. You will also offer product education, and assist in organizing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Customer Service expertise to provide an excellent client experience. Sales and Sales Management skills to meet sales targets, generate leads, and build client relationships. Training experience to support team development and knowledge sharing. Active insurance license (state requirements apply). Proficiency in using sales and customer management tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
