
Clinical Sales Liaison – Full Time
Join Kindred as a Clinical Sales Liaison full-time. This role is based in Louisville, KY with a salary range of $80,000 – $122,800.
Job Summary Conduct patient assessments, manage referrals and admissions, and represent ScionHealth to referral sources. Perform 80% of work on site at assigned accounts.
Essential Functions
Generate leads through prospecting methods and educational presentations.
Meet monthly goals for assigned hospitals and expand referral sources.
Maintain current referral sources through relationship development.
Manage the admission process as an ambassador for eligible patients.
Plan travel and monitor expenses within budgeted parameters.
Conduct assessments in accordance with company standards.
Work closely with patients and families to educate them on the benefits of ScionHealth Hospitals.
Adhere to dress code, appearance standards, and appropriate identification.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
Report to work on time and attend mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Daily travel required.
Fluent English (read, write, speak).
Good attendance and regular attendance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field strongly preferred.
Extensive healthcare sales work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
Licenses/Certification
Valid driver’s license.
Clinical license preferred (RN, LPN/LVN, RT).
Experience
Minimum two years of former healthcare sales experience; preferred two years of clinical healthcare experience.
Formal sales training preferred.
Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and related payers for LTACH benefits.
Competence in strategic business planning and design of marketing initiatives.
