Job Overview The Collateralized Loan Obligation Group (CLO) plays a vital role in our Global Corporate Trust and Custody team. CLOs are specialized financial instruments that utilize the issuance of both debt and equity to finance a diverse portfolio of assets, including syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, and Mezzanine debt. Our investors appreciate a variety of risk-return options. Your key responsibilities will include: Settling bond and bank loan trades while investing surplus cash as directed by the Portfolio Manager. Accurately recording cash inflow and outflow transactions related to the portfolio. Tracking key asset metrics such as accrual data, ratings, and industry classifications. Generating and presenting detailed reports to clients on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Assisting Analysts with necessary reporting to investors. Ensuring precise and timely account activity through diligent booking and reconciliation. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Typically requires two to four years of relevant industry experience. Preferred Skills and Experience Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Basic abilities in indenture interpretation and analytical thinking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Aptitude for identifying issues and interpreting data for effective resolutions. Proficient in computer navigation across various software platforms, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
