Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founding Sales team member based in Provo, UT, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Founding Sales team member will drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, and delivering engaging presentations to showcase the value of CareerPath AI. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, facilitating training sessions, and contributing to the development of strategic sales initiatives to achieve growth goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience conducting Training and presentations to educate and engage stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a startup environment
Passion for education technology and a commitment to empowering learners
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
