Our client, an early-stage startup revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge AI solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their growing team. Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, with a focus on enterprise healthcare clients. Market Development:
Identify and target key decision-makers within post-acute care organizations. Solution Expertise:
Communicate the value of our AI solutions and tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients. Client Relationships:
Build and sustain trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives and operational leaders. Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client feedback informs future development and strategy. Quota Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company. About You
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. Demonstrated expertise in selling to home health, post-acute care and securing large enterprise contracts. Experience selling to Post-Acute Care preferred. Experience working in high-growth healthcare technology startups or large-scale healthcare organizations. Strong network within the healthcare industry, particularly among decision-makers in revenue cycle management. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Highly driven, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications
