The Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Indianapolis. The role involves leading and managing a sales team, driving retail sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members, achieving sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and store performance. Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills to mentor and motivate a sales team effectively. Proven experience in sales and achieving or exceeding performance targets. Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of retail operations and expertise in analyzing sales trends and reports. Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage store operations efficiently. Proficiency in using software tools for reporting and inventory management is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes as needed. At least 2 years of management/supervisor experience required.
