This role serves as the primary sales leader for automation, identification, data capture, and connectivity solutions across the United States. The focus is on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships within key industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, solutions‑oriented sales professional capable of independently managing the full sales cycle, accurately forecasting revenue, and representing a highly technical product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Lead all sales activities for mobility, connectivity, and industrial safety technology solutions in the US market. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy aligned with regional objectives. Identify new prospects, cultivate partnerships, and expand business opportunities. Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Provide accurate revenue forecasting and maintain strong pipeline visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Represent the product portfolio across targeted industries, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Chemical, and Food & Beverage. Connectivity infrastructure Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) RFID solutions Industrial HMIs and I/O systems Qualifications & Experience

Proven success selling industrial or technical products with a strong track record of achieving targets. Experience working across multiple sales channels. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. 3–5 years of experience in process industries with a solutions-based sales approach. Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Mining, or Chemical sectors is highly beneficial. Technical background or certifications in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related fields preferred. Strong understanding of wireless technologies, IoT, enterprise mobility, and RFID; hands-on experience is a plus. Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. Knowledge of explosion protection standards or related certifications is advantageous. Personal Attributes
