Overview The Account Executive – Retail Production is responsible for managing relationships and driving sales by coordinating retail production projects. This role acts as the liaison between internal production teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Support managing day-to-day communication on Retail Production
Develop and grow accounts by identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective retail assets
Manage retail production projects end-to-end, including delivering final assets to traffic
Collaborate closely with production, design, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate execution
Ensure all projects meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations
Track project progress and proactively resolve issues related to timelines or materials
Maintain accurate records of orders and communications in CRM systems
Monitor industry trends, materials, and production methods to provide value-added recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of experience in account management or retail production
Strong understanding of retail production processes (e.g., print, POP displays, fixtures, packaging, signage, or related areas)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or project management software
Preferred Skills
Experience working with large retail brands or national accounts
Knowledge of production materials, sourcing, and manufacturing timelines
Ability to read and interpret production specs and technical drawings
Additional Information Compensation Range: $49,305 - $62,300. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
