Private Jet Sales Manager

- Full-Time - US Office. We're currently recruiting a

Private Jet Sales Manager

to join a well-established global air charter provider with more than 35 years of industry experience. This is a

full-time, on-site position

based in the US. The company is recognized as one of the leading passenger & cargo air charter providers worldwide, delivering

personalized, 24-hour global service

to a diverse client base including HNWIs, music & entertainment artists, sports teams, government heads, militaries, tour operators, and cruise companies. Their core mission is to provide exceptional service and build long-term client relationships. With established offices in the US and Europe, and expansion plans underway, this role is ideal for an experienced

charter broker

who is looking to further their career with a high-performing and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Generate a pipeline of qualified sales prospects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on active flights.

Manage tasks associated with booked flights including trip sheets and client communications.

Prepare and oversee charter quotes, contracts, and documentation in a timely manner.

Coordinate operator documents, additional insurance, and ARGUS/Wyvern reports.

Close out trips with operators and approve invoices.

Input and maintain prospect information in the CRM.

Assess customer needs to recommend the most appropriate charter solutions.

Handle contract paperwork, quotes, and sales administration.

Arrange pre-flight services (FBO, ground transportation, catering, concierge).

Monitor flight movements and communicate updates to customers in real-time.

Manage post-flight closeouts.

Adhere to established sales processes including outbound calls.

Travel as required for client meetings or sales events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in charter brokerage or aviation sales.

Strong market knowledge with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Collaborative team player, comfortable working in both local and global teams.

Flexible and able to handle time-sensitive, out-of-hours situations.
