Inside Sales Account Manager

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers Support the sales team by generating sales orders and handling customer inquiries Handle price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations Track shipments and make sure orders are delivered on time Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree preferred 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry Excellent phone and customer-facing experience Ability to work independently as well as on a team Strong organization and time management skills
