Key Holder , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience while leading and supporting fellow team members. Your expertise in sales and service, along with product knowledge and merchandising skills, will help drive our mission and values in everything you do. Your Responsibilities: Foster a welcoming and sales-driven atmosphere that cultivates long-lasting customer relationships. Become a product expert, sharing knowledge of product features and benefits with customers. Meet and exceed measurable sales goals, including UPT and ADT. Stay updated on merchandise promotions and assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards. Support merchandise processing and stock replenishment on the sales floor. Accurate and efficient handling of sales transactions and cash management. Collaborate with leadership to enhance skills and performance metrics. Complete opening and closing procedures in compliance with company standards. Adhere to all laws and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Exemplify high standards of work quality, attendance, and personal appearance. Qualifications: 1-2 years of retail sales experience. Strong communication, leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
