About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager for our Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri region is responsible for working closely with select distributors to execute PI AgSciences business plan as outlined by Management, as well as seeking additional opportunities with distributors for additional sales of the PI AgSciences product line.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with Distributors to develop Regional Plans to sell PI AgSciences products
Provide Distributors with Sales information, technical support, and firsthand expertise to sell PI AgSciences products to Growers
Design side-by-side grower trials to help distributors sell PI AgSciences products
Identify opportunities for additional PI AgSciences product sales on new crops and new distributor partners
Work closely with technical sales to evaluate additional ideas and opportunities for PI AgSciences product sales
Work closely with the technical sales team for additional data collection on proof of concept and new sales opportunities that have been identified
Work with key influencers to help bring awareness and drive PI AgSciences products
Attend Regional trade shows and regional meetings to help get the PI AgSciences information into growers' and retailers’ hands
Use key contacts to drive PI AgSciences sales within the region

Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
