Full-time About The Role: Become a vital part of CBRE as a Client Services Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting a talented team of sales professionals. This position focuses on crafting exceptional proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, while facilitating seamless communication both internally and externally. What You'll Do: Organize and compile documentation needed to process Brokers' commission payments, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant laws.

Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and qualification packages, in line with CBRE's brand standards.

Serve as a point of contact with centralized marketing and analysis teams, coordinating the submission of financial and property data for tailored marketing packages.

Prepare customized property information packages for client inquiries, including RFIs and RFPs.

Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings and conferences, including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings.

Maintain and update various information databases, generating reports and assisting with website updates as necessary.

Manage advertising schedules and placements in collaboration with the local marketing team.

Efficiently track and manage inventory of marketing materials.

Perform additional related duties to support the success of the team.

What You'll Need: To excel in this position, you must possess superior multitasking abilities. Here's what we're looking for: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college, with a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, especially in a team setting. Experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus.

Strong comprehension skills for interpreting instructions and correspondences. Exceptional written communication skills are vital for effective responses to inquiries from clients and colleagues.

Understanding of financial terms and principles, with the capability to perform basic calculations such as percentages and commissions, as well as comprehend lease documentation.

Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations and suggest effective solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in document creation and manipulation. Familiarity with PowerPoint and/or InDesign is a plus.
