Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is expanding our team and seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives for the upcoming 2026 tax season! Join us in helping thousands of individuals navigate the complexities of tax filing. Our goal is to simplify the tax process for everyone! We’d love for you to join our team! Responsibilities: Complete training for the Jackson Hewitt Customer Support Representative role. Welcome all clients with a warm and professional attitude. Learn the fundamental aspects of preparing a tax return. Schedule appointments for Tax Preparers, manage client flow, and keep clients engaged while they wait. Accurately input sensitive client data, including Form W2s and other tax-related documents, into our proprietary software. Handle phone calls and resolve client inquiries effectively. Help maintain a tidy and welcoming workplace, including tasks like trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces. Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting abilities. We Offer: Flexible scheduling options, including weekdays, weekends, full-time, or part-time hours.
