Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is expanding our team and seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives for the upcoming 2026 tax season! We’d love for you to join our team! Responsibilities: Complete training for the Jackson Hewitt Customer Support Representative role. Welcome all clients with a warm and professional attitude. Learn the fundamental aspects of preparing a tax return. Schedule appointments for Tax Preparers, manage client flow, and keep clients engaged while they wait. Accurately input sensitive client data, including Form W2s and other tax-related documents, into our proprietary software. Handle phone calls and resolve client inquiries effectively. Help maintain a tidy and welcoming workplace, including tasks like trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces. Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting abilities. We Offer: Flexible scheduling options, including weekdays, weekends, full-time, or part-time hours.
