This is a remote position. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound calls, converting them into leads and ultimately towing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Convert inbound calls into leads, and subsequently into towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
Remote work environment.
Shift-based schedule in a Call Center operating 24/7.
Working hours follow Pacific Time Zone.

Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5, 7, 9 (Minimum series 3600).
RAM: At least 12 GB.
Storage: 128 GB SSD or more.
Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory.
Macintosh Specs:
Processor: Core i7, i5, M1, or M2.
RAM: At least 12 GB.
Storage: 128 GB SSD or more.
Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory.
Main Internet Speed Requirement:
Jitter: below 10ms.
Latency: below 160ms.
Upload: more than 25mbps.
Download: more than 40mbps.
Power Backup:
A reliable power backup capable of sustaining power for a minimum of 8 hours (full shift) is required. Examples include generators, solar panels, and portable power inverters. (UPS is not sufficient.)
Internet Backup (Secondary Internet):
Jitter: below 10ms.
Latency: below 160ms.
Upload: minimum of 25mbps.
Download: minimum of 25mbps.
Note: Both power and internet back-up solutions are absolutely necessary.
