We’re hiring an
Outside Field Representative
to work directly with our client partner,
Nu Vision Auto Glass
, providing
onsite vehicle inspections and insurance claims assistance
. This role is ideal for confident, motivated individuals who enjoy working face-to-face, helping customers, and building a long-term career—not just a job.
You’ll meet customers in the field, inspect vehicle glass damage, assist with insurance claims, and guide customers through the repair or replacement process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform
onsite vehicle glass inspections
(windshields, side windows, rear glass)
Educate customers on damage severity, safety risks, and repair options
Assist with
insurance claims intake and documentation
Accurately collect customer and vehicle information
Work assigned neighborhoods, businesses, or scheduled locations
Build trust through professional, confident communication
Track daily inspections, claims progress, and performance metrics
Represent Nu Vision Auto Glass with integrity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Goal-driven with a competitive mindset
Coachable and eager to learn inspections and claims processes
Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet
Reliable transportation and smartphone required
Sales, insurance, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
