Your Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of data to uphold privacy, security, and compliance while ensuring high data quality for your designated projects.

Collaborate effectively with various teams to gather essential data for marketing initiatives and translate insights into impactful strategies.

Identify audience requirements for marketing campaigns, and leverage contextual knowledge to assess data requests, synthesize insights, and provide tailored recommendations to business partners.

Focus on outcomes by proposing metrics that gauge the success of marketing initiatives.

Conduct thorough data analysis and create reports for diverse stakeholders within our B2B ecosystem.

Design comprehensive reports and visualizations for marketing programs using a variety of campaign delivery data across all channels.

Spot patterns and evolving requirements to innovate new analytics and reporting capabilities for effective program evaluation.

Utilize your data analytics proficiency to derive business insights and prepare impactful presentations that inform marketing strategies.

Manage multiple ongoing projects that involve collaboration with various stakeholders, effectively prioritizing business needs.

Manage stakeholder expectations proactively and address any issues swiftly.

Employ data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau to produce reports, unveil trends, and extract valuable insights.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, along with 4+ years of relevant experience in Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Business, Economics, or Statistics.

5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and research, including data gathering and hypothesis testing.

3+ years of expertise with SQL, data modeling, and advanced querying techniques.

3+ years of program management experience, handling various tasks and workflows efficiently.

3+ years of proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced spreadsheet functionalities.

3+ years of experience in data storytelling, effectively translating complex results for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated experience in engaging with executive stakeholders and building strong professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the B2B sector or the online marketing and advertising fields.

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and swiftly adapt to changing conditions.

Proven track record in designing and implementing complex systems with a long-term focus.

Public Compensation: Annual salary range: $105,000 to $147,000, along with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Industry:
